Special Considerations for Military Families
For military families, we also comply with the 2024 Hawaii Revised Statutes Title 28, Section 521, which outlines the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code. Specifically, under Section 521-83, servicemember tenants have the option for early termination of tenancy while awaiting government housing, meaning the 30-day minimum does not apply in these cases.
La Casita offers three units, each with a private entrance and split AC in every room. It is located only 10 minutes walking from the beach, 10 mins bike riding from MCBH backgate and is equipped with Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and Kitchenettes. Guests can also use the laundry room on the property. Pets and service animals are welcome.
Kailua's Kalama beach is just steps away from La Casita, offering guests the perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming, and beachwalking(specially with a dog). The beach provides an ideal setting for picnics, beach exercising, and water sports, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
